Hello, NeoCodex now has a new way of reporting errors you find on the board. Previously, everyone PMed or IMed an admin or staff member about the error. But from now on, I ask that all of you make a post about the error in the Error reporting forum. Please make sure you describe the error you have found in detail as we want to be able to solve the error as soon as possible. The staff has been informed to move any topics that are reporting errors into this forum but previously made topics wont be moved. Please try to help the staff out however and post all your error reports in this forum and this forum only.

With the new method that we are going to do things, all errors found will be made available to all of the staff to read. This will help us in three ways:
  • It will allow the error to be fixed faster because multiple staff will be seeing it rather than the one person that was PMed.
  • It will prevent the staff from trying to fix the same error twice and thus saving us much needed time.
  • It will allow other members to see already reported errors, thus multiple reporting of errors will not occur.
This method error reporting is also available to guests. Any abusive posts will have the IP used to post them banned. Any chance of you getting an account then will be lost.

Please only use this feature in order to report errors on the forum.

If you are already talking to an admin or staff, they still wont attend to your request until you post it here. Admins and staff have all been instructed to do this. This is so that the same error isnt reported twice.

Smart move. People make sure you look through the errors, to make sures isn't already being addressed. I think we should archive the fixed ones as well :p

Mumei suggested this and there has been a forum that has been created. called resolved errors.

Yes. Its so they can report errors while logging in and stuff and not do it through Instant Messanger or get someone to post it for them.
