You obviously have no idea how the court systems work, do you? Remember what happened with Martha Stewart? Anyone else would have gotten a dime easy. Pissant of a jury...Just because he's a celebrity doesn't mean he should get a smaller sentence.

She owns half of K-Mart. Think of K-Mart as an American version of Ikea(sp?) and they carry her brands. She has television shows, magazines, the lot. She was convicted of insider trading a while back. Got a lousy three months in low security followed by house arrest. Doesn't matter when you have internet and cell phones, now does it?Stupid question, but who's martha stewart?
