Well actuly I spend about 4 hours on gunbound and 3 hours on rct  I still like gb more    but I just got the expansion packs for rct2 so... new items+rides

Rectangle Marquee tool
Make ur selection
Fill with white
Dont de-select yet
New Layer
Edit > Stroke 1pxl Black Center
then go back to teh white panel layer
In the layer pallette make opacity about 20 - 30%
Then ur don,
U can makea new layer + fill with a diagonal scanline pattern.
