Caps are cool and everything, but they give the impression you are shouting :(

I remember when I first joined codex, there was a pinned topic on homework help, and no one actually got any help...

A subforum would be a good idea, but how out of hand would it get? Let's face it, there will be people not asking for help... but asking people to do the entire thing for them.

and dammmn... the moment I leave school, we get a homework help section?!

We aren't GETTING the answers.

Say you don't know how to figure out how to figure out the area of a circle. If someone says "You multiply pi by the circle radius squared, or Pi x r2" isn't giving an answer. You can give an answer but you don't HAVE to.

Yeah, but people should be warned for just giving plain answers. Help, not answer swap.

I think a homework forum would be a good idea, although I do think it would encourage cheating on homework. Not sure how active it would be,im sure there would be alot of topics but not too many answers.

I don't think they should get warned for that at all. It's the persons fault for asking for answers. It's his fault that he won't learn. So I think it's perfectly fine.

The point would be asking for HELP, not answers. The giving of straight answers is dumb and shouldn't be done.

If they ask for help you give them help, if they ask for answers, you may give them answers.
