They probably wouldn't want to get rid of the cheaters. I mean cheaters must count for a lot of their pageviews and a whole lot of multiple accounts. Getting rid of the cheaters would probably mean losing a lot of sponsor money.
Of course they have to make sure it's not too easy to cheat, as long as it's hard to cheat then cheaters will spend lots of ti'me and give them lots of hits and make lots of new accounts so neopets can brag to their sponsors about how many users they have. It's all a part of their master plan.
Well, that's my theory anyway

Yeah, when say they have so many million users on the site they forget to mention that many of them haven't been used in years/are the same person. Although I do think they would like to get rid of the cheaters, it I'mbalances the economy and I doubt most of us bring in much income anyway.

I personally don't think tnt's that smart and a little lazy too. You're probably more likely to recieve a cease and desist letter for using their I'mages and info on a help site.
