I actually find it to be more noticable. But of course I'm using the default skin
Actually I think it should have a box around it somehow. The Program leader has one, so why not the GFX leader? (of course it would have to be changed in color since it'd look like admin )

Graphics Leaders don't have a box around their name because:

I'm on default too but still, I think the brighter the better.
