I need to create a set of fonts for... a special purpose      , are there any tools for that or something?

by the way: I need it for linux, but a tut for windows will do the job too...

I was about to try messing with resourcehacker, but I think it doesn't handle fonts =/

EDIT: I took a look at that... not very useful, since what I need to make won't resemble standard letters in any way, but then again, without that I would'nt even know the name of the prog, so thx anyway
