[Niche]

Basically the thing i need help with is this: Identify a local Business and bullet point effects changing population on it. If anyone can come up with about 6/8 that would help me...loads! thanx in advance

lol made a couple of erros first time, i think i just got to name any local business (niche preferably) and say what effects the local population has on it i guess.....if dat helps Xth Cannon

Hmm if its how local businesses change population i would say:
-Attract jobs
-Attract people to live in the area
-Increase commute for those who have business meetings with that business
-Increasing commute increases use of metros/buses etc as some might want to save some gas
-Workers may choose to carpool saving gas
-More the businesses, more cahcne that employees in that business can be neighbors and might be able to carpool being more environmentally friendly
