I was wondering if I can and if I can, where?

I did read a while ago (Over 3 months ago) that after being here 3 months that you can apply for private.. but ablehmehkeh.

I will be rejected fo' shure.. but it's worth a try.

Applications should be open on the first of April. To apply you need a post average of 2.0 or above per day and it's not 3 months that you need to be here, it's 2
Only a few more days to wait That's if your post average is high enough

*Edit* - With a post average of 1.7 you do not qualify, try and be more active and maybe you'll get 2.0 by Arpil 1st
