The requirements are

Advanced Member:
Once you have reached 500 posts and have stayed here for at least one month, your status automatically changes to advanced member.

Benefits:
* Storable PM messages from 300 to 500.
* Minimum time to use search function from 20 seconds to 10 seconds.
* Able to change display name a total of three times per month (any other special status will earn you three times per month as well such as GFX Team, Programming Team, etc).
* Future activites exclusive to Advanced Members and higher will be planned in the near future.

but I still have the 20 second wait. I don't know if their is anything else that I would have noticed. I was actually planing on PMing a member of staff complaining about how much the filter stinks since it always stops me for flood control.



I don't know if I am classified as elite or not. I do meet the requirements stated, but their may be more. It also may have not changed since my primary group is GFX I guess.

Me too >_< SL had some trouble with the server getting too many connections simeltaniously so it's probably for the best that we limit search flood as much as possible

Yeah, I'm going to have to mess around with the darned permissions again (they are royally screwed for Adv. Member, just to let you all know).
