I cant login to neopets.

So im thinking im Ip Banned or they dont want me there?

Most ISPs (Internet Service Providor) rotate IP addresses on a regular bases. You cant call in and request it, but they will most likely tell you a time frame of when it will be rotated.

Keep looking for a proxy, if you can find a good one..

FInd a proxy, log in, then take off proxy. Thats what I do when im too lazy to change my IP. If you have a router just unplug everything, wait 1 minute, replug. new iP. 0.0
