I have a new idea for codex. I think you should add a neocodex email service. Like the on on GzP. I think it would be a good idea.

I for one wouldn't really use it =/

Maybe for some sites where you need to sign up at (like treasuretrooper or something) but thats it =/

Good idea though :)

Nah, I don't think it'd be needed really. Also, Codex might not have unlimited e-mail accounts to give out :/

Yea i dun think we have the unlimited email thing :( We chose to put the money into smoother browsing for the members rather then emails

And so you should :p

Although it would be nice i don't think at this point in time is possible with codex's current hosting plan

NeoCodex uses a shared host - out of the question.

Though it is a good idea, and one that can be made to be really sucessful, gmail has a head start against us :(. I dont think we can compete with that and my prediction is that most people would probably just stick to their current email addresses :p

*raises hand* I probably would, so much stuff is linked to my [email protected] one, I don't really want to swap o-o I'd just have to actively use two or something...

I think it would be good for like Priv Members and Higher. That way having a codex email would represent something rather than just another email.

Eh, it doesn't seem like something Codex really needs. You'll have to add it, be able to make enough emails, and have enough space to store everything. If you need an email, almost everyone here has Gmail invites ;)

Yeah, I understand. BAndwidth could be a problem, and it might slow down Codex. :)

I don't thinks its a good idea. I highly doubt there is enough space to make all these accounts, and with the use of GMail I think many would prefer that.
