If they feel they wish to discuss it, it seems fine if it isn't absurd (EG: "The Munchies Topic.") If it were not for the frequent drug topics here and a few other places, I probably wouldn't be clean / trying to keep clean. Because it isn't a forum which is specific in drug discussion, it leaves an open to opinion, healthy, discussion.

I say sure, but people should know their limits. If they practice that, then it shouldn't be a problem. (This applies for Straight Edge Anti-Drug people, too.)

Absolutely not. And since I will not say what has already been said... since there is no point since this topic is truly being endless and rather obsene in the amount of insults I see... I must bring up the fact that simply if I understand correctly... this site is hosted by an American company. Drugs are illegal in America. Therefore it would fall under illegal activities. No doubt to our host it is under the same category as posting warez. Of course I could be wrong, but I have a sneaking suspicion that it's true. I feel that before this is even debated and countless amounts of energy is spent arguing over something that just by the host could never be allowed anyways... maybe we should actually check with the host and see if such things are allowed and THEN argue about it (though without telling people to fuck off and die, please. That was a bit unneeded).

Consumption and Posession of drugs is illegal. Talking about effects, paraphanelia (sp?), etc. isn't. Warez are not illegal to hosts either. Just direct linking (i.e. providing) is bad, I've yet to see 1 hosting company that has specifically said that discussion of these things are prohibited. But do correct me if I'm wrong, I haven't done any research into that area. But yes, I do see your logic Tet.

Yea Dirty Filipino, the linking of sources to warez on any site is considered illegal. An individual may discuss their usage of warez, because they have not provided any source. If a law enforcer wishes to find out where the source is, then that is their choice. Normally, such measures aren't bothered with, but it's best to be safe.

Drug topics don't bother me. Yeah, I don't do them, but I don't make decisions for other people.
