yeah unless you hav earned like 500000billion neopoints without cheating, ur not gonna get unfroze, I tried to freeze alombar42 (biggest shop guy) and he was frozen, I made it look like the perfect cri'me and that he really did something wrong, but they unfroze hi'm witin a week or two
