I'm sitting at work right now, waiting for 11 o'clock to roll around so I can make some changes to our linkproof devices without putting the production network at risk and what do I hear but a large starcraft LAN game going on. I hear plenty of conversation and just want to scream. One guy asks someone else, "what are those things that hover around with the white balls around them shooting lightning." Now, would you go slap the guy and say, "that's an archon bitch." or do you just let it go...I also find it amusing, I can identify every noise I hear on that game...be it a mutalisk attack or a terran alert.

Just curious about your guys' input, do you usually just ignore it, or go offer your 2 cents about how not to be a noob.

I'd probably say something. Thats one less noob in the world once you've helped them. I'm that way because I've almost always had someone do the same thing for me.

I'd tell him the first few times, just to help him out.

But if he starts asking for every single unit/sound in the game, I'd stop responding. tongue.gif

"That's an archon bitch."

If that doesn't work, pimp slap him.
