How can you tell which Wireless PCI Adapter is compatible with your router?

Erm, its alot easier with linksys, their routers are like "WIRELESS-G" and go with B and G adapter, and the "WIRELESS B" goes with a B adapter..I dunno about D-link though...

I don't think Canada has circuit city
