I am ging to start an ebay account and sell nothing and the desc. will be "you'll see when you buy iy :doh: :D " and sell them for a buck each lol and when they pay be like of you bought nothing lol

Lol, it's because it's in the rules that you can't sell neopoints. People are trying to get round it, look:
