For a few days, the staff have been planning for a forum reorganization. We have now formed the "Lounge" area, which is there to take advantage of the extreme level of activity seen in the General Chat area. A few other sections have undergone slight changes as well (the Tutorials section and the Neopets Area).
Just give it a couple days to adjust to the change and be sure to give your comments on the changes below! If it seems that there are some areas that people do not like at all, we can always change a few things as this is not written in stone.
Also note: There is still a bit of organizing going on, so these changes may not be fully complete (some areas still have too many pinned topics, etc...) and moderators are still moving stuff around.
