Hello,

It has come to my attention that there are a few people here that are dissatisfied with the current staff here at Neocodex (whether it be moderators, supermoderators or administrators). The community is of great importance to us, and it is our responsibility to address whatever is wrong in order to make this community work.

The administrators have asked for you all to give the newly promoted moderators a chance, and we thank you for having patiently given that chance to them. Some time has elapsed since we have promoted these individuals and your opinions about the current staff should now be well-grounded.

We ask that if you have any concerns about any current member of staff to send your concerns to an administrator via. PM. We will read all concerns sent to us and decide on a course of action (what we can do to rectify the situation).

If the administrators do not receive any PM's, it means that there are no problems. Otherwise, we are expecting some messages to come our way. The last thing we want right now is for you to be silent about it all, as your concerns need to be addressed.

Meh.. I can't say that I'm shocked. I've come to the realization over the last little while that people did have a lot of concerns.

Although, I can't say that we've received 10 PMs though (as it says we should be getting 10 PMs. )

well i have no complants about the staff it is just i have a suggestion. Can u make the posts in introduction not count because people just spam there just to get their post count up. if u can do that it will be very interesting

I brought that up in the staff area but it eventually got voted down. The idea is that we'll just enforce the spam accordingly as we see it and still allow the incentive for members to welcome new members with a post increase.

I wouldn't treat it any different. The concern would end up in the admin section and get discussed like normal.

Actually, now that I think about it, there is something I dont like . Im not against the mod who did it, Im just kinda against the warnings I got.

Two fricken warnings, by two different mods, 40 mins apart for the same damn thing. I had NOT made a SINGLE post in that thread in that timeframe. I dont see why I should have got the second warn.

Other than that Im good
