So, what do you get once you become an advanced member? Are there advanced member programs, or something?

* Storable PM messages from 300 to 500.
* Minimum time to use search function from 20 seconds to 10 seconds.
* Able to change display name a total of three times per month (any other special status will earn you three times per month as well such as GFX Team, Programming Team, etc).
* Future activites exclusive to Advanced Members and higher will be planned in the near future.

Maybe we could make 4 program sections is instead of 3. Like instead of normal member, Private + and Retired +. We could add Advanced +.

i think it is good the way it is right now. i am almost advanced

Yeah but one of the main reasons i think for the membership is to prove that u r an active member.

i go to on neocodex just to make friends and it gives me somthing to do that keeps me out of trouble

Jocxo, that's a horrible idea. Then Codex would become a baren wasteland. I wouldn't post 500 posts just to get programs.

LOL, no, i think there should be no programs for normal members and the adv members get the current member downloads

and yea, there arent any special thing about advanced membership, just the cooler badge thingy and i think the advanced membership requirments should be higher to like 1000 posts...

Unfortunately, giving no programs to normal members and only allowing them to Advanced+ would result in a LOT of spamming. Plus, NeoCodex would lose a lot of traffic. I doubt the Admins would allow it.

It wouldn't stop leechers - they would just spam to get to the post requirement.
