So.
I went into my kitchen.
And pulled out a box of brownies.
And then.
I thought for a second.
And with the intention of bettering myself, and my health, I put them back.
And made some clam chowder instead.
Gonna go work out again, later tonight.
smile.gif
I sit here eating my chowder.
And I get thirsty.
That mountain dew looks damn tasty.
But I shalst resist! and drink water.
This is a great step towards a healthier, less fatass Travis!

I posted this on my myspace/xanga, so to make this thread viable for discussion...

Discuss revolutionary days in your life, things you're doing to better yourself in general, and the wonders of energy drinks.

Recently I've been trying to cut down on trans fat. Did you know those Passion Flakie things have 6 grams each? Freaking insane. If it has more than half a gram I won't eat it

In my case.. I don't have to watch what I eat.. I do sports and I can't get fat... plus, I hate fat people lol.

And revolutionary days? I have some.. but they just don't last, so I'll spare the details.

YAAA! Good for you, more people should be like you eating healthy. I know one brownie does not kill you, but just eating one brownie makes you eat more then one piece. I done it before, I say Im just going to eat one piece and then I eat more.
