Freud had a theory that every man was a little gay..even just a little.
...
also..in cultures like the greek and japanese's's's they had factions that thought if they had sex with their pupil/brothers they'd share a bond of complete oneness.

Your views?

And apologizes for the amounts of discussion threads im posting, i had these discussions on many a other board, so i felt id see if your views were any different

lol i heard Lance Bass (from nsync) is gay too....

i always wondered:
Why do people call it "coming out of the closet" when they announce that they are gay?

For come reason I thought IMAHCHARGINMAHLAZER would post "NO U" but looks like you beat him to it tongue.gif

I'm not gay, I can understand bisexuals though, more fish in the sea but being purely gay unless you're in love is weird

my assumption is that, clothes are mostly used to disguise yourself or to fit in with your social group, and by coming out you are no longer masking yourself?

Next attempt please tongue.gif

Freud also had many crazy theories, though he was a pioneer in child development. I have a tendency to very much so disagree with him especially on the Oedipus complex but... that is not the point. Who you are thinking of is Alfred Kinsey. He believes that people do not fall in complete heterosexuality or complete homosexuality but instead somewhere inbetween.

Kinsey I do find to be a bit extreme as were a lot of psychology researchers of the time. Granted, though he did a lot of good things however many, many disturbing ones. He got homosexuality off of the mental illness list for instance. However I still find him to be a little extreme for my tastes. I do think that several people are say the term... "bicurious" because they are confused about their own sexuality but in the end I think you are mostly hetero or homosexual.

I hate the term bisexual/bicurious, it's just homosexuality to me.

It's basically saying that someone who eats meat is claiming to be Bi-vegan.

xD The double-standard for gay guys, and les girls, is retarted 1we8.gif Sure, girls might be hot, but the idea of being homosexual, IMO, is wrong, no matter what sex you are.

For the most part, yes, I am straight. I'm comfortable enough in my own sexuality to joke around, openly masquerading as homosexual though. tongue.gif

No, such an idea is simply untrue. There are people who do come across attraction to the same sex at one point in there life (many people, actually), but it does not mean they are gay. There is nothing supporting the idea, and nothing to say that everybody has tendencies to be attracted. Whether you call them homophobic or not, there are people who are truly not attracted to the point where they would throw up if they were to be even felt in the wrong way by somebody of the same sex.

And Frizzle, though what you said is inconclusive, it's funny as hell.

Haha, I've slapped guys asses, just as a joke though... You seem the exact same as me, with the openly joking about being gay xD I'm straight, and I know it.

There's three types of coming out of the closet's.

Coming out of the closet by publicity, for instance, Neil Patrick Harris, Lance Bass, T.R. Knight, etctera.

Coming out of the closet but everybody pretty much knowing it and not being concerned, like Rob Halford.

And then totally suprising people with it.
