If we receive complaints the situation gets taken care of.
As for the who general staff vote i guess.

How a government works.
A complaint is brought up.
It is given a vote.
If majority rules then it is showed to teh president
if the president agrees its passed
if not its rediscussed
revoted
if passed it counts
we run like this
a complaint was brought up, we discussed it, voted, admins agreed.
And the thing is, PG is safe here, PG13 is borderline, we don't watn anyone getting in trouble because of us

So its only if someone brings something up as offensive?
Cara staff did say kissing in general was deemed offensive - this really had nothing to do with the other thread I was simply currious if offending material was voted on, random or if codex had set rules on what is ok here

As far as i've read it's only deamed offensive and taken action on if we recive complaints.
