I would like to know who decides what is offensive, over the dys i have not only seen boards, comments or otherwise offending behaviour (like advertising nude pics) but nothing is ever said about that.

Due to the recent events here at Codex I would like to discuss what is offensive... what dose it mean I thought anything pg13 was safe here.

How a government works.
A complaint is brought up.
It is given a vote.
If majority rules then it is showed to teh president
if the president agrees its passed
if not its rediscussed
revoted
if passed it counts

we run like this
a complaint was brought up, we discussed it, voted, admins agreed.

And the thing is, PG is safe here, PG13 is borderline, we don't watn anyone getting in trouble because of us

So its only if someone brings something up as offensive?

Cara staff did say kissing in general was deemed offensive - this really had nothing to do with the other thread I was simply currious if offending material was voted on, random or if codex had set rules on what is ok here
