well when ever I download sumthing anywere.... it always caches it and D/l's it to Temperary Folder///and I want to Download it normal again and have a choice were I d/l it too like My Documents or neopets progs or whatever////so how do I change the setting to have it do that again

can't you right-click and choose where to save?

1st offf.....its a hassle to do that
2d my security setting dont let me do that
3. I want the prob. Fixed not jus a mask or another way to do it

On my computer, if I right-click/save-as then it remembers where I saved it. And then it keeps downloading to that location. Maybe try that.

Me uses dl accelerator . Stupid IE . Try to cancel while you're downloading and look in the Temporary Internet Files..
