I use Adaware SE & Spyware Blaster though, just for backup =)

ps. How do I change the size of the page, all the writting just got small cause I did somethng. And Im using opera.

All you'll ever need.
You just changed the text size, look under Options, change it back. I know in Firefox, you can just hold CTRL + Move the mouse wheel.

most real-time spyware cost money unless you crack them..but for anti-virus scan i suggest you use ClamWin cause it scans the whole of the drive(C or D or A)...and does it in depth...

Only good anti-spyware that I know of that needs a crack to be used is AVG/Ewido anti-spyware. But im good wit my shit so no need.

By the way I noticed that AVG Internet security kept kicking me off my wireless conection. Now that I use Kaspersky Internet Security that never happens.
