inet vs winsock

sorry for asking this noob question because I am no programmer. Are most programs written with inet ? Why I heard some say that inet is detectable by neopets and winsock progam is safer? Hope someone can enlighten me. Thanks!

winsock, is a lot more complicated so neoepts cant pick it up

most people use inet bebecause its easier to learn I think. but like xbullet said winsock is harder to pick up.............

Webbrowser & inet easier to learn. Winsock is better once you learn.

I really dont think winsock is any better for most uses... but that is just my opinion.

There is at least one major bug in inet though. (I figured out a way around it though)

Me uses WebBrowser cause Inet can get the user frozen fast. So, I'll now start learning WinSock......

If you use inet correctly and fix the bug init it is very hard to detect inet is just a si'mpler wrapper of winsock made for people that havnt figured out winsock yet
