Could somebody please make the help files up-to-date? When I was reading the getting private topic I noticed it said 2 posts per day, when now it is 3 posts per day. I got kind of confused when voting time came.

I think there is a bigger problem here though...we need to update all those files and rework the rules to make them easier to understand and read. Expect it soon .
