Pretty simple. Planning on getting a new motherboard, new power supply, new case.

CASE:
Needs to be cheap.
Support 4 internal 2.5" HDDs.
Support 1 internal CDROM bay.
Support 1 Floppy bay.
ATX Compatible.
**Can have more, that are jsut minimal requirements.

MOBO:
939 Slot.
2 onboard SATA
2 onboard PATA
Onboard Video
Onboard Sound
Onboard NIC

Power Supply:
Standard screw points.
500 Watt +
Atleast 2 SATA outputs
Standard 24pin Mobo Out
Atleast 4 Normal Output (Iono name).
Plus atleast 1 Fan (floppy) output.
