How do you get the thing that atomaticly adopts the neopets

There is no magical program that will get you pets, items and neopoints, if someone says they have a program that does it it's a keylogger or password stealer.
If you want a pet look in the downloads section for an autoadopter and put in your color/species choices. Keep in mind your account has to be 4 months old
If you want paint brushes you can buy them full price (You can earn the money by sniping, stocks, restocking or games) or you can try to snipe one (use a usershop autobuyer to search for a couple select paintbrushes and try to buy them under 99k)
Odds are you have no clue how to do any of this, if you'd like I can elaborate on one of the above
