My school is full of potheads, and very very few do anything other than alcohol and weed. I don't know where this misconception that smoking weed will make you turn into a coke or lsd user comes from. One of my friends has been smoking for years and he has never tried anything else.

Well you could also look at it this way.
Think of all the people you know who do lsd, coke, or what have you. Nearly all of them will have started off with weed.
