I have uploaded all the files to my server: www.tidus4eva.mybesthost.com except for the config.php file I dont know what I do with it.
I have attached the file to this post. and I have bleeped the password as it was the same as everything else I use.

my host is: http://www.mybesthost.com
all I need to know is what varibles do I need to put in DATABASE SERVER NAME, DATABASE USERNAME & PASSWORD, DATABASE NAME
if you need any more information, please dont hesitate to ask.

The database has failed to connect because you do not have permission to connect to the server. Please confirm the values entered in the 'includes/config.php' file.
