I wanted to know why we have to get mods permission to make a giveaway? I tried pming people for permission and it looks like they are busy. I am about to head to bed and i wanted to post my new giveaway thread, but i don't have permission. Can somebody tell me the reason behind asking mods for permission? Thx

Well it guess it a way to anti people from making fake thread....they want you to prove that you actually have that amount, not just buffing.
