Hmm, well being on my new HTC Touch phone alot lately with an unlimited data plan, I find myself on the mobile web browser alot more. So I think seeing as how internet use on the mobile phone is growing, it would be pretty efficient to create a mobile version of codex.

Like detect the web browser (internet explorer mobile, safari mobile, opera mini, etc) and if the web browser is one of those it will redirect the user to something like http://m.neocodex.us.

Just neocodex maybe with the 10 latest replies, link to your private messages, and a link to a smalled down version of the boards.

Just an idea. Would be cool tongue.gif

Oh yes i forgot about doing one of those,

But would you like me to make a link page for you?

(Theory: It could be possible to transfer cookies onto your portable device, then a login wouldnt be needed, but i doubt it will work)

a low graphics mobile version of codex without all the flashy javascript shit that don't show up on opera mini would be nice. keep it simple so it can load fast on a mobile. i like the idea

Or get an iPhone and view web pages perfectly smile.gif Thats what I do. The only problem is it doesn't remember passwords on IPB

I would absolutely love this, if it weren't for IP security... how would I get around that? I accidentally spent all my $10 worth of credit browsing codex as it is now because of how much stuff there is to go through just to get anywhere I want.

thats alot...t-mobile in the UK do a £1 wap for a day, meaning you can serve the internet for £1 all day

I think most people would rather not blow 600$ if they already have a decent phone.

EDIT: Never mind. Sometimes would be very cool to have codex on your mobile, but it's still to expensive 1we8.gif.
I just remembered about a day that was a shit and all I wanted was something to get my attention... I rounded the football(soccer) camp like 20 times while my friends were playing basketball(I just hate that game -_-). And it was really boring...
