I really want to help you out but
We can't find "ww.blazepets.com/xcannon"
I dont know much about install a board ..I usually get it from Cpanel;s Fanstatico which is provide phpbb board + invision board..

look in the db_mysql.php in the admin folder. I believe thats where you add the database information. Hope I helped

and make sure you have a database in your mysql...

umm..if you purchase the Vbulletin board script out of their main site and there isnt suppose to have error in code..otherwise report it to them..
