Usually the port is the number after the :... example.. 123.456.7.89:80
So that would be port 80

For example, 153.356.1.2:80
You would put the 153.356.1.2 in the proxy area and 80 in the port area

I think that they update it everyday or so, not so sure but I know that it is good! I got a very good one from there ( Can't tell )lolx
Yea me 2 everyti'me I get a proxy it slows down my internet by a lot... and I cant seem to find one good around the region of Canada... its I'mpossibley hard
