Lol, I took a look at the page. Thats a lot to digest. What can I say, our Programmers are thorough. I wouldn't worry about it, it'll be up as soon as they finish looking at it. Seems good though

lol well some of the stuff is a bit complicated and i didn't want everyone bein like but how does i do this?! I know they'll be like that anyway... but now i can just say READ THE THREAD! Anyway, i included screenshots and headings to make it easier

You just aren't thinking straight. He may not be able to see his own signature, due to disabling them. Thus, as far as he knows, he doesn't have one. Someone must have made it for him.
