It's not too bad.
Quite a good try if you've only just started. But, the colours are a bit random, maybe using gradient maps to help it blend better?

Don't be so hard on yourself. I'm not sure how long you've been doing graphics, but everyone has to start somewhere and work their way up. Besides, I couldn't make that if i tried.

it's not that bad for a first sig, I suck and I can probably do something on paint... but that's about it. I'm sure you'll improve if you practice more.
