Gun shot to the back of the head when you're not expecting it!

I'd say in your sleep tongue.gif
Although I'm sure there are other ways that are so fast you don't feel it

From an external perspective, probably in your sleep. But from an internal perspective...who knows. You won't know until you actually die. Perhaps all forms of dying involve pain or maybe none do.

Maybe its somewhere in between.

Does the pain really exist if you're not around to remember it?

I would bet in your sleep is the most painless and peaceful way to die. Gun shot to the head or any other fast death also works, but you wouldn't feel so peaceful. tongue.gif

Yeah man of course it does tongue.gif. Mind you that this is just my opinion.

There either was pain or there wasn't pain. The fact that you don't remember it doesn't negate its existence. It's like saying your life's events cease to exist once you die since you aren't around to remember them. And we know that isn't true because those things happened. You could expand this to a larger scale with many more people remembering the events and the same would hold.

As everyone said.. probably in your sleep. I can't really think of any other way other then in your sleep/putting you to sleep that wouldn't involve some pain.

Everyone is entitled to their own views and opinions, I picture it that as soon as you kick the bucket, there is a sudden surge of bliss and pure positive energy. So much that the pain that you were suffering from does not even come into recollection.

Personally i believe that your mind is so wrapped up psycologically by the fact that your gonna die that the pain is not even reconised by your neurons

Given that you're probably asking for a reason... I'm just going to put it out there... don't do anything stupid, alright? Someone always misses someone when they die no exceptions.

Probably the best is to overdose on some sort of narcotic. Not heroin. Naw that shit's painful the first time unless you're already a narcie. Morphine works. Slowly overdosing yourself and eventually you just die. It's how they originally did euthanasia I believe. Narcotics make you happy and not care anymore plus they take the pain away. Now if you're like me and have a bad nausea reaction to narcotics it'd be a good idea to take some anti-nauseas as well.

How about sleeping.... under the stars... then BOOM- Atom bomb goes off several hundred feet above you. You're vaporized. Probably didn't feel a thing. blink.gif

In all seriousness- ODing on something most likely. Or mixing some shit that shouldn't be mixed. You just think you're going to sleep... 1we8.gif

If you run out of oxygen isn't it just like falling asleep?

Well it's suffocating isn't it? I'd imagine it'd be more traumatic then falling asleep tongue.gif.

I guess it depends how you lose Oxygen? If you know you're running out it'd be bad, but if you don't know you are maybe it is just like falling asleep? I'unno, never tried it tbh tongue.gif.

Monoxide is supposedly a 50/50 shot if you're actually going to die or not. Sometimes you leave the car on and still wake up and go DAMN IT. Thing that sucks about it is once it gets in your lungs you'll well... you'll easily die and they can't do shit to save you if you get too much.

But yeah. Suffocating isn't bad. Same with bleeding out if the wound doesn't hurt as it's the same concept.

I don't know that for a fact, but I do know that heroin the first time hurts like a bitch. I mean really hurts. Like you want to die to end the pain kind of hurt. Morphine doesn't hurt like that though. Been on it before because of my operation so that's just more what I know on that subject. I've met and spoken to ex-heroin addicts and that's what they've told me. I don't think heroin OD would hurt if you'd been on it before and got used to it but I'm not sure.
