I'm trying to get into my old neopets account and its saying my birthday is incorrect -.- I've never changed my birthday stats so I know its what I set it to. So what the heck do I do?

Basically it's a guessing game now. You used to be able to Friend-request the account to check it's age but they've removed that feature. Just keep making educated guesses based on the info you have (if any) and you should be able to get it eventually.

You might have to contact TNT if you don't want to wait...just give them some dumb ass excuse as to why its incorrect....

that's what happened to me too. I had an account from many many years ago and i know the username and password but i can't get on it because i have no idea what i put for my bday (i was always told that it was safer to not use your real birthday online). I wonder if TNT would actually respond if i shot them an email

Yeah, if you haven't been on that account in 2 years, its most likely closed....but if its been recent, they will get back to you, it just might take them awhile...you also obviously have to prove its your account.

I lied about my birthday on one of my accounts... but I was able to look it up on another account.

I made that mistake with some side account once, This is why you just use your real birthday. I mean honestly what would you be hiding from?

I just use January 1st and my real birth year, first thing I'd guess.

Try the birthdays of your close friends. Thats how I was able to figure mine out a while back when I had the same shit as this.

I used my real birthday. It used to work. Now it doesn't.
