Ummm I dunno. I don't even know what it means......
So I googled it (should've in the first place I guess.
) , and they told me to download the 'com......' file. I did, and put it in my system32 like it said, and then ran it like they said, but it came up with another error. "The Module "c:\Windows\system32\comdlg32.ocx" was loaded but the call to DllRegisterServer Failed with error code 0x8002801c." So I googled that, and it says something about being the administrator for Vista and windows 7 or something. Well, I'm the only one who has EVER used my laptop, and I've never had an administrator error before..... hmmmm help?

What happens when a score sent with this gets reviewed?
What are the odds of a freeze if the time is right, the score is a possibly one, and Neopets was not up in any browser at the time of the score send?
Just want to be safe.

Just want to be safe.
Assuming that you did everything right, the odds of a freeze are relatively low. There is always a CHANCE of a freeze with score sending, review or not, though.

I ran it this morning... sent score 3 times on Carnival Of Terror, each score building up to the av score. I've come close to getting it legitly and so far my account seems to be okay...
Soooo basically if I don't run a list and just every few days go for the av games should I be okay?

Scoresender keeps failing. I'm assuming it has to do with all the wacky site updates that TNT has been doing since yesterday?

Mine failed too. It stated that the game score was sent, but it did not reflect on my scoreboard.

Hm, this has been working for me up till today. Now, it says that there is a "new update available!". If I click on "what's new?", a window blank window pops up. If I click "download now", a window that says "Firefox has crashed" pops up

i hate that this doesnt work anymore...i never changed anything, but for not its telling me COMDLG32.OCX is invalid, and i havent messed with anything...dont remember how i got it working the first time or id fix it

Yes this is happening to me too. I think the domain that was hosting sLAUGHTER's stuff has expired or something, so when the program checks the domain when you run it, it doesn't get any feedback and decides there must be an update.
The most lame part about this is that you can't bypass that pop-up and just run the program anyway!
