I was wondering if there is still a direct way to contact Neopets staff. AKA If there are any emails that you can send to and not have the "new form setup" crap happen.

I have an email that I previously blocked emails from Neopets from. However, now, I just remembered that an account on there has some really awesome (now UC) pets that I want to recover. However I can't remember any info about the account whatsoever. So I do the recovery thing...and SURPRISE...the email says it's "sent", but it never goes through.

I just want Neopets emails to actually get through to that address again.

EDIT: I also can't change my email address to it 'cause it already has the max accounts attached to it
