Can someone write for codex an in depth faerie abilites guide. Especially like whats the difference between strong/weak. Thanks if you can!

Well, it's done. I wrote it in Openoffice Writer and I used a lot of tables, and I'm not sure how to format it properly in a forum post so I'll just attach the file. (Sorry for the .rar, it won't let me attack attach a document)

I've used a lot of sources from around the net and I've listed the most important ones in the document, but be aware that some sources seem to disagree on what abilities do exactly, for example how many points or percent a healing ability actually heals.

I did my best to check and double-check everything, but I can't promise it's perfect. If you find any mistakes or there's something you feel is missing from the guide, feel free to point it out.

Wow devilfish just skimmed over it and its reallly good! Love the weak/strong part. And the assigning too. I always had to find a link on another site then get to that page.

Well I'm glad it's what you had in mind. Again, I can't be sure if all the numbers work out perfectly (and I haven't got a pet of high enough level to go test it with) but it should be at least close enough to accurate to not make much difference.

There are guides that tell you what skills to get. But I'm just wondering about how to use them, like whens a good time.

You mean when to use skills in battle? That'd be hard to put into a guide, I think. Once you know what effects specific abilities have and who your opponent is (if you're doing 1-Player battles) you should be able to pick the right ability at the right time. Plus, you also have your weapons and gear to take into account, so it really, really depends on the situation. These things would be more at home in a proper Battledome Guide, which I know I can't do. Simply don't know enough about it.

Thanks! I could probably do it myself, but it'd take five times as long as actually writing the guide. I'm hopeless with tables

That's strange, it's in the guide. It's under 'Assigning abilities to your pet'. Or did you mean something else?

Yeah follow the steps in assigning abilities to your pet. I never knew of it till I read thsi guide! No one makes that clear!! lol

Actually I got sick of using a link on another page a couple of days ago. It's true, no guide mentions where to find this page or how to assign abilities! I had to ask on the boards, and you know how much fun the Neopets boards are

Oops. No, it's there in the Water abilitis table, but I've called it Water Vapour by mistake, for some reason. Sorry.

Oh, and apparently the internet can't agree wether you get it at level 27 or 30. Same with Watery Guardian, that's either 33 or 35. I'll update the guide to reflect that.
