So why hasn't the admin taken action on this yet? I truly curious, because everyone keeps saying he's broken so many rules. If he truly did, and the admin cared, they'd have done it already wouldn't they have?

Well, seeing that I'm new, I'm not sure, but I'm used to coming from communities that are HEAVILY moderated. And if he's made so many problems, has no one reported him? These are the things that I'm lost at. Everyone acts like they hate him so I'd find it hard to believe that they haven't reported him. With a PM or a report, action should've been taken shouldn't it have?

I just wanna make sure I'm not included in the whole "Choosing sides" things. I'm neutral here =/ I see the majority's point and I see the minority's point.

if athritis is truly a scammer when do you guys think he will get banned or whatever? i mean there's a lof people that trust him. if everyone thinks his a scammer their should be a ton of reports or complaints right? with all those complains he should be gone of this site long time ago. here he is still doing his legit business.

exactly if the older members think he is a scammer why is he not banned on NC yet i dont get it.those older members should have reported long time ago or they probably did but the admins did not banned him because his business is legit. well that is what i think. i don't know.

My point exactly except for one problem. Honestly, I've only seen 1... maybe 2 people that trust him - me not included - like you. But I don't not trust him either ><

edit: I can't report him for scamming because I haven't been stupid enough to deal with him. Neither has most of the active posters on this forum have.

I'm sure you aren't the only one that knows this yeah? So has anyone else reported to Noit then? I see him all over the boards and I see him mentioned all the time. Does he know what's going on? Surely he does. A board this size, that's constantly being bumped, is sure to come to his attention eventually if no one reports at least. If he knows what's going on and how everyone feels about it why hasn't he done anything?

Until we can prove where an item, pet, account, or neopoints came from then no, unfortunately.

They aren't really the kind of rules which would result in bans if broken unless there's significant proof of something like scamming.
