HOW IS THIS THREAD STILL GOING ON?! I HID FOR FOUR HOURS ALREADY Posted Image

I wondered the same :)
But Arth has some things to point out and what not. Let him defend himself at least. There's no problem with that

Oh I don't mind the defending and stuff, but normally these threads die after a few hours and I can be blissfully unaware of any prior conflict

    Healthy, no?

they dont give me their neopets username. why would they? i just tell them i'm going to pound it, the pets name, and they snipe!

You are fully aware of the pets name and can search and see who gets it, and if the person was indeed lucky enough to snipe it successfully, you easily get to see what their username is, simple as that.

Also, this thread is both silly and pitiful at the same time.

Here you are demanding proof from all of us, but it's a two-way street. Prove that you're not a scammer.

What's up against you is convincing otherwise.

ohyea true that. what would i do with their username and email though? request their password to be sent to their email? try out their username as their password?

what IS up against me. pure accusation without any evidence.

when everyone else trading here, proves that they are not scammers to, i will do the same. just get everyone to prove they're not scammers.

but on the other hand, HOW'd you like it? everybody who has traded with me to give an detailed account? :D if they dont mind, i sure wont!

Is it that hard to deduct that you're shady? I won't label you as a scammer because fine, it's true I have no "evidence". But I have a mind and I have eyes:

    - Every week you have 1-2 main accounts with trophies, expensive items
    - 100 Shells???????
    - The time when you posted about the missing PIN - Mad Shady.
    - You have many, many neopoints to sell, all the time
    - Many, many pets.

    - No older member of the community supports you
    - You broke the rules, not once, not twice, but multiple times
    - Look at your account age. Look how long Codex has been around. Look that you kept on advertising for USD, even though it wasn't allowed. That is VERY mind-boggling to me. How does someone do that

    - Hashes on another site???????????????? not suspicious at all!
    - Not able to display any proof except dead-end evidence by claiming everything is your friends, not yours. You might as well of skipped the part that it was your friends because it's not yours -- can it be your friends AND yours at the same time? whatt. *mind tricks*

Lets be honest here. If you can't even think of yourself as being suspicious, then I don't know what to say.

firstly, i created 100 shells on my own previously, to sell as shells when they age. HELL, they even have the same name format. so i dont see what's wrong with that. a shell sells for $3, and back then, it sounded like a good plan. so why not?

many pets, that's easy to get. just go to the POUND omgosh. they're there all the time. neopoints are linked with the accounts, which is 100% legit. you guys have no proof otherwise. people dont always buy the full account, sometimes they're just interested in neopoints, so i extract them from the account, and sell them.

you seem to be pretty jealous about the neopoints though.

i dont care if no older member supports me. sunscorch's been against me since the minute i've been here. i'm not one who'd blindly follow him, just because he's a retired member or whatever not.

if you'd bothered to find out, you'd realise i was not active on NC for the entire time, since my registration. i just recently came back, and am not used to the no mention of USD, bring it to PM rule.

what's wrong with hashes on the other site? it's the in thing now, many people seem to enjoy it, i took a few, tried them out. but none of my accounts come from there.

i offer a 100% refund on the accounts that i sell, if they're illegit, why would i even wanna do that? i wouldnt make any profit at all.

i didnt get your mind trick point, lol.

what happens when one user gets scammed? he posts on the boards, saying he's gotten scammed, and people ask HIM, for the evidence of the other trader scamming him. they dont ask the supposed scammer, for evidence of him not being a scammer. this is independent of the ranks of the user, may he be a newbie, advanced, retired, private, or whatever.

in my case, there's nobody saying that they got scammed, what more, evidence that i've scammed them.

They're lists of the login details (usernames and hashed passwords) of accounts which have been compromised. Arthritis buys lists of these accounts, cracks the passwords and then takes over the accounts.

It basically lets a user access the database which they shouldn't be able to. They can then do things like access or delete the data.

You're a bit off, a while ago one person found a way to access a database. They then exported a load of information from accounts (usernames, hashed passwords etc) and then they've sold on that information to other people. These other people who buy the information can then crack the passwords and take over the accounts.

I think I'm understanding. I went and looked on google for neopets hashes and found a free list. Most are "checked" though but I was looking at the codes (differences between cracked and uncracked) and I think I understand it a bit better now. Interesting. I didn't know people actually figured that stuff out though o.o
Can't you get caught and iced for doing it though? O_o

They aren't really bothered about getting iced, they just take the stuff and sell it. Which is why we've been warning people about getting stuff from Arthritis, if they buy items/neopoints/pets/accounts which are gained in this way then they've got a higher chance of getting iced from it (and it's also against our trading rules to sell scammed things).

So that's why you guys have been talking bout Arth in the way you do then? How did you know, besides that he sorta admitted it above, that he hashes? Or is it that he just said it the first time?

It's always a good plan to buy something if you really want it. If you wait for it to show up from autobuying you may be waiting forever.

This is why the people that want Draik Eggs buy the instead of parking in Merifoods.

I heard that there's a higher risk of being caught as well if you AB in the magic shop and merifoods and get an MP or DE =/
I just let mine randomize. Do valentine's day items sell higher or lower on the actual date of VD? (Should I hold onto the cards and sell them on the 14th or sell them now?)
