I would try using 3-10 to decrease the restock bans.

When I was legit rsing I noticed that if I refreshed within 2 second periods a few times I would be banned but if I would make sure to keep my refreshes at least 3 seconds apart I could go for hours and never be banned.

Nothing proven and can't guarantee a result but it was something that worked for me.

I'll be sure to try it. I am scared to AB for more than an hour at a time though! I freaking HATE rs bans.

It's not necessarily bad to autobuy for longer occassionally (some people would go for a few hours anyway). The important thing is the buy times and all that jazz as thats what will primarily get you iced. As for rs bans who doesn't hate em...
