I know this is pretty insignificant but I think it would be relatively functional to add a time stamp or a time stamp option to the IRC Chat... I'm pretty sure this is easily done (from googling to see if IRC enables it) so why isn't it enabled? I don't think it would clutter anything. Okay well that is all.

i think its a pretty good suggestion if there was a decent amount of people on in the irc but sadly theres almost noone on there. So i don't think its important

On the contrary I think that validates the time stamp being enabled even more so, with it being enabled you will see how long ago the most recent entry is.

Which client are you using? I would just google for "how to enable timestamps in <client>" where client is your client . You could also just fool around with the settings .
