I'll download it..no problem at all..But once I click on it...and after installing to to my computer..nothing happens at all..D: WTF?!

Yeah, I have..I download it..then after installing it..nothing happens..D:

After you install a program, you must run the program as well.

This means click on the start menu, click on all programs, select the neocodex folder, and then pick the program that you want to run.

Dont bash me for being dumb, but did you by any chance move the .exe files to your desktop or some other place, trying to make it a shortcut there? I did this and for some reason it totally messed it up and didnt wanna work. When I reinstalled it did work though, so theres a 99.9% chance I did something wrong.
