LIke seriously, yo. The CG'ing is getting a little more under control due to sites like these warning us about CG'ers, but why hasn't TNT? Why do they just bullshit like this?

Hi, TNT! I would like to take you to task for somehow letting a rumor get out that you will be taking Petpages off the site. Please tell me this is nothing but a rumor, because I would cry if it happened. I promise you, I would cry if you took Petpages off the site. Neopets has helped me learn how to code and design graphics, and I would be forlorn for days if you took away that privilege. ;-; Please take out my username if this gets in, so that no one teases me about being a crybaby. ~username removed
No worries! We've just blocked Petpage editing temporarily while we update some coding.

Valuable shit has been lost due to this outbreak. I've seen people CG accounts with SuAP's and shit. For God's sake TNT, warn people.

I'm peeved at how they are handling this. For the safety of accounts, they should have put all editing (petpages, lookups, shops) on hold until they can prevent the CGers.
But I'm biased, had an account frozen (returned luckily) and lost a krawk that a CGer pounded from my account.

Well it's not hard to avoid being CG'd But I guess a lot of people just aren't aware of how to avoid it. I wouldn't have if I hadn't joined this site

I personally think they should have removed all coding from eveywhere. At least untill they figure out how the CGers are getting added into codes. Because i got CG'ed in someones shop and didnt know about it. Although they didnt get my account, My account kept getting accessed. Pin protection

I dont think coding should be removed, forever, because i code all my own stuff and i enjoy making new graphics and what not (:

It would be so easy for them to sacrifice the editing part of neopets, but heaven forbid they stir up a panic. I lost my first account years ago to a CG'er, and Neopets refused to unfreeze it "for my own safety." They're either in denial or they just don't care.

My shops been doing really bad, Ive had to increase it in size recently just to fit my abrosia buys in there

I logged out right away, logged back in, turned on keyscrambler, changed pass and pin. Voila, my account was safe (:

I learned about all about protecting myself from CGs at Neomallers. In fact, I learned about the CG problem after joining Neomallers. The admin there Dmitri is a good man.

They probably don't want /everyone/ to know about the cging going on in neopets. I mean, some people on the pc STILL doesn't know whats a cg. Plus all the kids that are under 13. They might start to freak out everywhere and out of control. Or, TNT can't handle it and decides to ignore it

Well if they don't want peopel to know then disable any sort of HTML coding until they can figure out how to patch it or whatever

There are many ways to protect yourself (as discussed in the thread) but the simplest is just turning off javascript

TNT wont address or warn everyone with it because it will broadcast to every user how fucking incompetent they are.
Removing HTML should've been in full effect until they find how to solve this CGer problem.
But no, that's way too complicated and makes too much sense to implement.
