well there are some shrums you can buy, but they costs like over 100,000np to get 1-4 str

you can try going to the coltzans shrin, he raises stats some ti'mes, and some foods give you better stats.

well the only way to get a good deal is for you to take control of his/her account because if it goes into the adoption agentcy you will need to pay a bundle to get it out of there.
