In Topic: What are some random interests you all have?

I guess my one weird interest would be my obsession with the paranormal. I'll spend forever reading stories and accounts and such of alien, UFO, cryptid, ghost, and whatnot sightings. That, and urban legends. When I first discovered Snopes.com I spent a weekend reading every dang legend on that site, and I'll go back and reread them now.

I hate it. Thank god for the Greasemonkey addon that removes it.

Wasn't Google's whole thing about simplicity?

I only watched up to Jay-Z's performance, but I thought she did alright, considering her age. She didn't really get into the groove of the NPR skit; I can't remember the last NPR take-off apart from the one in the Christmas episode, but don't they generally have all the actors do the (accurate) bored voice? And in the Mexican talk show skit her lack of accent really stuck out. But she was hilarious in the MacGrueber and lesbian skits.

My area? o.O I don't even know how to tell when there meteor showers are supposed to happen. :(

As for checking out the programs, you'll find that ABrosia and NPGen are useful indeed, however they are not necessarily the only good programs there. Programs such as the Tarla Clicker, Auto-Cheat! Player, Auto-Tyranu Player, etc., are all very helpful as well. :funone:

I'm not certain how my Astronomy teacher finds out about optimal times for Florida, but this should help.

And I'll give those a look, too. I like how all these programs install and stay neatly in a folder. Very handy. I'll probably end up downloading everything, using it wisely, of course.

Is this what people use to make webcomics?

Yep. Lots of digital artists use them, too.

I've got an Intuos3; it's about 4 years old now, and it's held up except for the pen, which is only the grip falling off. I love it.
